Budget FormUpdates info about a school's textbook budget.
To open the form:
Click Table, select Budget and click Edit.
To find a record:
Select a school using the combo box.
When funds are granted to a school, enter the amount on this form. The Budget report will
deduct transfers from the budget to show thr balance remaining.
When funds expire, enter a negative amount for the unused balance to reduce the
authorization to zero. Similarly, if funds are moved between schools,
enter a negative amount at the losing school and a positive amount at
the gaining school. Document the budget transactions with comments and
make the date the effective date of the authorization.
