School Forms

As a super user, the district administrator can select a school in the Sch combo box. This makes most of the forms appear as they would be viewed by a school user.

Click Ver in the lower right corner to get version info for all parts of the database and Access. The front-end, normally on each user's PC as c:\ageesw\tb.mde, contains the queries, forms and reports. The back-end contains the shared tables and is usually located on the district admin's workstation for best performance. The .MDW file contains the users permitted into the system. Many problems can result if a user is not running the current versions of these three files.
