Loss Letter
To open the report from the Loss form, click Letter.
To open the report from the Report form, select the Letters report, select a school and enter
a studentID. Select Loss as the type of letter and click View or Print.
The Super user can edit the template for this letter on the Setup,
Letter Form. All info above the
detail line is editable in the header field. The detail line shows Quantity, BookCode,
Book, TransferID and DepreciatedCost. (See the Setup form for depreciation calculation).
All info below the detail line is editable in the
footer field.
