Students Dropped Report
To open the report from the Report form, select the Students Dropped report, select a school or each school.
Click View. Enter the path of the older database to compare to the current database. Select the
sort order by LastName or StudentID. The report shows StudentID, FirstName, LastName, Guardian,
Street, City, State, Zip and last Transfer of each student in the older database who are not
in the current database. Total count of students per school is shown at the bottom.
NOTE: This report will not show students who have transferred from one school to another
within the district. Books assigned to their StudentID remain assigned.
